Initiate Authorization
Contact our technical support team with your order number and part specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the components inside their original ESD-safe shielding bags and use protective foam to prevent physical damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping carton and send the package to our quality control center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Our engineers will inspect the parts for electrical integrity and physical damage before processing your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
